Legal Malpractice Insurance in PA

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
Are Criminal Law lawyers in PA required to have malpractice insurance?

A: No, but they certainly should have it.


Apparently there is a move afoot in Pennsylvania to require lawyers to tell clients when they do not have malpractice insurance.
