I know someone who has lied on a deposition. The case involves a dispute over signing a non compete clause. The case has already gone before the judge but there has not been a ruling as of yet. Should I contact her legal counsel, her opponents legal counsel, the court? I am not sure what to do. I have written proof and there would be others who could be subpeonaed to verify the information.
