malpractice or sexual harrassment?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

[Dissolution in process, husband's attorney has been periodically through the course of the legal proceedings sending by e-mail to me sexually explicit material such as photographs, sexual jokes and on one occassion I was contacted by his attorney on a matter concerning issues relating to the divorce, as soon as the matter was resolved his attorney immediately changed the subject with asking me if it was true and was I at one time a exotic dancer? I was very disturbed and embarressed by the comment first because this was part of my past that only my stb-ex knew and obviously shared with his attorney. I advised my attorney via e-mail as well as left a message on his voicemail the issue has since never been talked about as if he just disregarded it like other important issues that are very important in our current divorce proceedings.

At the end of the hearing my attorney made the comment to me that "if my husband's pension was not worthy he was unsure if the case was worth continuing? Where is the justice in the legal system and by god where are the real honest lawyers that actually care about the client's interests? Help!!!!!!!!!!
