misfiled

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? fl
i had 2 seperate cases in a court in ky. a court order bank acct. due to a minor and i started a guardianship case but then had it dismissed. DWOP, closed.?
when the minor turned 18 in 2006 the money was released, with court order, in the case number of the guardianship case, therfore, filed incorrectly, but if filed correctly should have closed the case. 2 1/2 years later i am told that the case is not closed and discovered the misfiling within my own records. i have paid seriously for this and believe that i was used to cover the courts mistake. what action can i take and what kind of attorney would help me?
