I am 19 Yrs old two years ago in my senior yr of H.S. i was involved in a very serious car accident. I was a minor at the time so my Grandfather handled all of the legal paperwork and spoke to the Lawyer often. Him and the Lawyer were very good friend if i might add. The case was settled after i was of age, but i had not been informed about the settlement until recently. The lawyer never took the oppurtunity to call me and speak wit his client, and my Grandfather had aspirations of keeping the money to himself and never telling me. I lawyer handed a two checks for 25,000 to my Grandfather which were payable to me. those checks were signed by my Grandfather, and cashed alll without my knowledge or consent. The Lawyer and his firm take no responsibility. I was his client and i never ever! spoke to the lawyer or signed a release... someone helpp
