mom and four children need help

What is the name of your state? Pa.
Is it legal for a attorney to file divorce papers and then pull them out of court because his wife was filling an order of protection against his client? Our Daughter was abused for eleven years and she didn't have a lawyer or help with the divorce. He not only got the house [two family]but all her and the four childrens things. We are very afraid of him.On the third of JAN he has to go to court to explain why hes not paying child support $6,000.He told our Daughter if she didn't go along with what he wahted it would get ugly and expensive. He recently called the police and said she stole his property[he admitted in a taped telephone conversation she didn't steal anything he just wants them back.He told he if he had a gun they would all be dead. The secret is out ...he has a gun.
