I'm pro se litigant in legal malpractice case. My attorney abandoned the case and failed to make 6 allowed amendments although he billed me for the amended complaint. The case involved severe reprisals when I objected to financial wrongdoing and had CPA suspended. My right of free speech was violated and this is well documented. The Bane Act provides statutory damages of $25,000 each and their were 8 people on the Board for 2 occurrences within the SOL.
Do I need an expert on legal ethics and malpractice and how do i get one in Vista, CA (northern San Diego County)? Do some of them work on a contingency basis? 760 758 2043
