My Attorney commited so many wrong moves

Georgia, USA, my attorney didnt tell me when court was , and I missed my date , but he did tell my co-defendant who he represented before, in a diffrent name,the lawyer admitted he knew this guy as someone else to the state bar,the lawyer also wrote on his rebuttal that he never represented me, so I sent all the court documents with his and my name on it where he represents me, the state bar said the 4 years passed so they cant do anything about it, so I called the investigator in the DA's office, and faxed her all my correspondance from the State bar, the lawyer and me and phone records, .....I think this lawyer is gonna be bye bye..

what do you guys think......
