My divorce attorney is trying to have sex with my wife.

My lawyer can't seem to find time to return my calls, nor send me copies of the court papers he's allegedly filed.

I have extensive logs of him contacting my wife online and asking hours of questions about her sexual peferences, sex toys etc. He's asked for access to see her nude pictures.

What can I do? I'm paying him, but its obvious he's more my wife's attorney than mine. I feel like he's dragged out the case. Its a simple divorce: No kids, no assets, less than one year etc. Both my wife and I agree on the terms of the tiny assets we are to divide.

It took him 3/4 of a year to get him to serve her. He kept urging her to come down to his office. We both repeatedly asked him to serve her without her going to his office. He's recently encouraged her to wear provocative clothing without underwear to his office. He's made it clear his wife doesn't matter if he swings... Gads the list could go on.

I have pages of AOL IM conversations. Some spaning well over an hour.

What do I do? Is there anything I CAN do? I went to this guy after my wife cheated on me. And now he's trying to get with her.

HELP!

In what county did you file for divorce.
Why are you using an attorney if you could have filed for a summ ary divorce?
How did you get these AIM records? Does your wife know?

San Diego

Sum**** Divorce: Didn't know about it.

AIM Records: The wife got uncomfortable with his aggressive sex talk and forwarded it to me.

Here is the link for Summa ry Divorce.

You can go online on the San Diego Superior court site to check status of your case.
Contact both the state bad local bar associations, local for fee dispute and to get referal to new attorney or use Family Law Facilitators office and state Bar to file complaint against the attorney, also consult attorney for legal malpractice info.
You can contact the family law faciliator's office to see how to manage your case.
It is good your wife forwarded the communications to you and you two are on the same page.

How do I prove anything?

Thank you for the input. I will use those sources.

Will the printouts of their conversations be sufficient? Or will something need to be done to extract the information from her computer? How will that work?
