My lawyer was texting me for sex

What is the name of your state? california>>My lawyer propositioned me for sex via text message. I feel he did not try to negotiate at all with the DA on my dui charge after being turned down.
Also in a scare tactic on the 2nd appearance by me he stated he did not advise me on a previous appearance that they were offering me jail time because he did not want to upset me but now the were going from 40 days to 20 days in jail...

Ive talked to my cell phone company on how to get the text messages and they said i would need a subpoena.

I got railroaded. What is the name of your state?

You should file a complaint with the State Bar of California.

Is the resolution of your DUI charges still pending?
