not honoring a will

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?texas

Tx has very friendly Probate procedures.

Why isn't a Judge 'honoring' the will ?

Did anyone file a Probate case ?

Did the will have a self-actuating affidavit attached ?

Are any witnesses to the execution of the will available to come to court ?
