What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California I had some serious problems with oral surgery,my time to file has been wasted by the attorney who said he was no longer retainded. Problem now being the attorney said after sending intent to sue, by registered mail whivch was never recieved by the Doc.That I have to follow through with a civil suit or I could be counter sued by Doc. I 'am sick of the whole affair and am beatin down and just want it behide me and move on with my life.
