Question

pr won't settle will after 3yrs

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?colorado. I really can't afford an attorney and I am at a loss with figuring out the forms to file with the court . Is there a standard time to settle a probate, I made the POA , how is my cousin: file the will 6 mnths after her death. but still nothing. He has an attorney who is very shady and keeps putting us all off. Last record shows 80,000. that has not been accounted for and no settlement in sight after 3 yrs. Is there anything I can do.

**A: the cot of the attorney will come out of the estate. Do it.
