Pro Se help

What is the name of your state? California
I am conservator of my disabled daughter's person and estate. I was guardian until she reached 18, so I know what needs to be done and when. My present attorney represents a conflict of interest, that is substantial. I have been looking for a new attorney, but nobody seems to want conservatorship cases. I want to represent myself, especially since I have been diserviced by every attorney involved with us for the last 20 years! How can I convince the court investigator that I am competent?

Ask for a hearing with the court to present your case.
