proper defense ?


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? calif is it little justice in corrupt legal system if you are appointed a public defender that was the district attorney that sent you to prison 8 years prior?

You're question is not coherent , but I'll take a stab.

You want to know if it is ethical for a lawyer that was a DA on your case that sent you to prison , to later defend you as a PD that the lawyer is now ?

Yes, it's ethical .

Many persons that worked as a prosecutor switch to being PDs.

Would you prefer to be represented by the attorney that failed to obtain your acquittal 8 years back?

Its always interesting to me that the people that seem most to ignore and abuse the rules are the first to turn to them when caught up in them.

Is it possible that had you shown as much concern of the rights of those that you are accused of violating as you are now worried about your rights under the public defender system, that you wouldn’t have need for a defense attorney?
