Question

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I live in a condominium run by a Board of Directors and management company. The management company uses the attorney frequently, sometimes for other condominium associations. The Unit Owner's are charged for the Attorney. Sometimes the Attorney represents the manager against the unit owner or owners. This confuses me. I never know who he is representing. May I, as a unit owner, demand that he state who he is representing?

The atty's billing, sent to the Board, should show, in detail, what work was performed.

The atty should identify each case, otherwise, as you infer, you may be paying for another Condo Assoc's bills.
