What is the name of your state? Nevada
My fiancee received a telephone call today form his ex wife's attorney, in which the attorney's sole purpose was to inform him of his personal dislike for my fiancee. The conversation went something like "You are nothing but a ____________[enter your four letter word of choice, he elected to throw them all in at once]. He proceeded to make threats to file harrassment suits if we did not agree to his ridiculous requests (which included not being suspicious of the ex wife's new husband and his apparent inability to refrain from inappropriately touching their four year old daughter). We have already contacted Child Protective Services and the local police and they are on the case, however the attorney tells us that a continued effort to protect the children will result in our conviction for harrassment. Where is the line, and what can we do to protect ourselves and our children from the attorney?
Any help is so much appreciated!
