What is the name of your state?hawaii

I LIVE IN Hawaii and need to record a conversation to california..i know that hawaii is a one party state and california is two party..but i need to present this conversation in court in the state of california..do you know if i record it from a one party to a two party state and submit it to court in california if this is legal..thanks for any response.

Even you legally record the conversation it may not be admitted as evidence in court. That decision is within the judge's discretion.
