What is the name of your state? OH
Is it legal to record a phone conversation between another party and yourself? If so, what are the requirements for the recorded conversation to be used as evidence in court? Is the other party required to be informed that the conversation is being recorded?

Ohio is a one party state. Consent of one party is required (that would be you).

Cordless telephone conversations are protected under state law; cellular telephone conversations are not.

Violation is a felony.
