Representation QuestionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada. Is is legal to argue civil case (family court) for someone with a power of attorney if you act accordingly to the proceedings and understand the law? |

| No. Only one state that I know of lets you do that, and it ain't Nevada.
