Question Requirements for attorney to practice law

What is the name of your state? GA

Does a lawyer actually have to had passed the bar exam to practice law at a law firm? Also, is there a way for someone to find out if one has passed the bar exam yet or not?

    Thanks

Some states will post the results of bar exams on websites. If you want to know if someone has passed a bar exam, you may call the state bar and ask them. It is public information.
