Retainer feeWhat is the name of your state? Michigan Last year I gave $1000 to a divorce attorney as a retainer fee. She used $300 of it so I have $700 remaining. She since then left the firm she was working at and went to another. The first firm still has my $700 and refuses to give it back. I have called the firm numerous times and now they just hang up on me. How can I get my $700 back? |
