Workers Comp Attorney (WCA) I had first calls me after me trying to contact him for days, sent letters and phone calls. Approx. three weeks passed and assistant calls to set a phone appointment, two hours later WCA calls me and started cussing me out to where I couldn't get in a word. California Bar (CB) Denys informing my WCA of a complaint. I aquired another WCA (I'm a glutton for punishment) that did some, little but some. I started to get the treatment, Caller ID, they would let my calls go to a full message box, until I took off Caller ID, then they said because I was upsetting the people up front, all my calls will go to the message center. He's fired now I'm pro per. I want to at least stop their fees, I would gladly give that part to charity but not them. Any suggestions. |
