Sexual Abuse Case Not Followed By LawWhat is the name of your state? New Mexico I want to know if there is anything I can do against a state when a sexual abuse case was never followed. About 15 Years ago a sexual abuse case was opened when my sisters and I acused my father of sexual abuse. Every step was followed we were removed from the home and the court hearing and counseling started but on the last grand jury court my father skipped the country altogether. The courts never send any type of follow up procedures they had concerning the case and they never bothered to look for him. Is ther anything I can do legally? |
