Question

Short Sale

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am partners on a condo in SW Florida and I am on the mortgage with another person and my wife. My other partner wants us to pursue a short sale.
I am concerned about the implications on my credit if we go down this road.
This condo is probably $80,000 under water at this point in time.
What are the credit implications, can the bank come after us for the difference in what the Short sale produces and what we owe? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
