signed settlement...no money in time period

What is the name of your state......live in texas....
i went to mediation...signed a settlement to receive xx,xxx dollars within 21 days or less..

now 35 days and no money .. my attorney says.."they have not released check"....

what can i do..
what should i do??
interest on my money?
is this settlement agreement still effective..since time has elapsed...
defendent is a major insurance company.

all parties signed , all is dated

Is there anything in the mediation agreement stipulating what happens if payment is not made on time?

Ask your attorney if it is possible to set up another mediation meeting.
