spouse of po blabbing info.

What is the name of your state? ny

For some reason this spouse of a retired po from IPD, receives info relayed by her husband that he receives from current police buddies and broadcasts it to whomever she can. Is this legal? Any right to privacy? By po, I mean police officer.
