What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

What is the statute of limitations for filing a Atty Malpractice case?

You don't need to be concerned about that. You either have a case or you don't, and your attorney can properly advise you after evaluating all of the facts.

If the SOL has run out, then any issues of malpractice would no longer matter. Legally speaking, that is.
