How long after the appeal decision is published do I have to file a lawyer's malpractice claim?

I'm not sure about Florida, but, In my state of SC, I looked up American Legal Ethics Library website and then went to the SC Legal Ethics page. There are certain elements of a legal malpractice action in SC that must be met. There probably are in Florida also. The statute of limitations here for instant on attorney negligence actions is three years. Legal malpractice claims are really on the rise lately, but, check it out for your state. Loads of interesting reading here and there too I'll bet. Good luck to ya :)
