My husband and I recently had an experience when we attended the Wyndham Resorts Timeshare Presentation in Alexandria VA. This experience was extremely inappropriate and offensive in numerous ways. It was sexually inappropriate, Racially inappropriate, and insulting to the mentally challenged community (which we take personally because we have a mentally challenged daughter). The VP's have made offers to us because of this incident but we are not satisfied. We would like to know what are our options regarding this matter.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
