Unbundling Services for Good Case Attorneys will not touch

Why, in the state of Tennessee, will attorneys not unbundle services and advise or coach a person willing to go pro se due to every somewhat honest attorney stating something of this nature......

you have an excellent and solid case, however, I cannot be the person to front your cause as after all this is done, I will have to make my living in that same areana and likely with those same persons

or.....

I do not even practice that kind of law

or......

I want my name on nothing even remotely related to 1983

or.....

take my money for a retainer, once they clearly realize such issues are patently obvious after examining the files, cease open communication, withdraw and keep my money ,a never advise me of what I am certain are several legal rights

the case is one of color of law official misconduct resulting from prior litigation and a clear cut case of being denied due process due to inappropriate police and court clerk procedure

For the same reason you cant find an attorney to prosecute another attorney for malpractice. It is a fraternity that exists by not performing actions against the other fraternal brothers/sisters either individually or as a group. Providing you pro se advice is also very restricted as to content/rule of law provided (prob enacted by your state board to also restrict persons from not fully engaging an attorney for services). Either hire an attorney or drop the issue.

I've asked several attorney's if there are any laws against unbundling in this state, they have all told me there is no law against it.

I suppose I agree in part anyhow, this "justice" system has been set up by attorneys and is very partial to them.

So they don't want to sue a court clerk, a judge perhaps for an injuction against, and a few cops. And then perhaps end up in the midst of one of the 4% of Federally prosecuted criminal cases.

Such a shame when one who would assist another in obtaining actual justice in such a scenario, would certainly have his/her career ended.

I'm thinking I'll entice a retired attorney since it would appear there are no other options to discover what the proper procedure is at this point. I've tried.
