Another quick question for the helpful folks here.
If a lawyer acts as a so called "commissioner" in a land partition dispute, and is listed on a land deed as "grantor", --acting as "CM"(commissioner) when granting the property to another person, let's say granting it to person "A", and, then this lawyer goes and represents another family"B", in a family trust, who's property abutts person "A's", is that a a conflict of interest or unethical on part of that lawyer who acted as a commisioner for person "A"?
I hope this is clear.. I'll be happy to post other needed info. I'm not a lawyer, so, I may not have explained this correctly. Thankyou for looking....
