    Unfair and Unjust court system

Wisconsin. I am looking for an attorney that is willing to represent and help me fight against an unfair court system that continously throws out my petition and railroads my efforts on court matters.

Considering you've given no specifics whatsoever, how can anyone help you? Is it a family law case? Is it a slander case? Is it a criminal case?

The FA Crystal Ball is long broken. Give up some info before getting snotty that no one can actually read your "mind."

Or call the WI Bar Assn. and play psychic with them.

You know I am not a lawyer and I dont expect you to read me my mind. I don't appreciate the sarcasm. I am currently in a court custody battle that has lasted for 10 years. My ex husband is an alcoholic and mental abuser. Social services has been involved and he was told to maintain complete abstinence from alcohol and drugs. I have not been able to afford an attorney that is worthy or competent for ten years so I have been getting free legal advice through the state and the judge does not take into consideration the impact this whole situation on my teenage children. The court continues to throw out my petitions on bull. I had an attorney look at my petitions and indicated that they were sufficient and that the judge was being lazy. It would take alot of typing and and reading to continue but in a nutshell I would like to speak with an attorney that has dealt with this kind of unjust crap.

Plus I am not trying to be snotty I was just unsure of how much to post online. I am just trying to get through a rough situation where my ex husband now has primary placement and will not allow me to see my children. I am not necessarily seeking an attorney that would assist me in my custody case I am seeking an attorney that would help me stop the courts from treating me poorly because I don't have same kind of money my ex does to spend in their courts.

    Really? You don't?
Then HOW was anyone to know what type of attorney you'd need?

    Ta-Da!
Custody battle = Family Law attorney.

Now use the button on the right to find a family law specialist in your area. The first option in the drop-down menu list is "Adoption, Support, and Custody."

    Or use the yellow pages.

No one can help you if you give no info. Now you've given info. Now you've gotten a direction.

You don't need a REVENGE attorney. You need a custody attorney to properly prep your paperwork and handle appearances for you.

She doesn't want a family law attorney. She doesn't feel she needs one. She wants an attorney to help her sue the courts!

Look lady...If you would have found an attorney in the first place, this wouldn't even be an issue.

Did you receive an appointed attorney(s) that are provided for " poor Persons " ?

The court continues to throw out my petitions on bull.
If you received Attorney(s) as a poor person, the you could have applied for one as a " Poor Person " with the Appellate division , when the Judge " went against you " , if there were any errors of the law , or the Judge abused their discretion .

If Dad was so unfit , the court would not have given him primary custody , and something more that a " questionable " court system must have took place for you to lose Primary .

Now tell us what skeletons are you hiding in your closet ?

I feel for you. I've already been through the Family Court crap up there in their Kangaroo Court system. I have never seen more injustice in one place in my life. That was in Madison.

You need a damn good attorney that has some backbone. All I can say is good luck. Even the Wisconsin Supreme Court didn't think anyone did anything wrong after the ride I was taken on, but there was absolute irrefutable evidence that wrongdoing had occurred on the Judge's part and the other Attorney's.

When your own Attorney doesn't make an objection to the accuser not being present in Court, but a civil hearing is going on because of accusations made by that accuser, I could hear that whistle blowing from a long way away.

If you think madison is bad
then you should come to waupaca county
there has to be something done to change this injustice
the courts and bar isn't going to do anything about it
