Have lived in my new built house for 3 years and recently had some work done on my garage which houses my oil boiler, the builder who was doing the work informed me that the heater pipes leading from the boiler to the house have not been lagged and will be costing me a great deal in heating loss. I pointed out to him that I have a letter from the solicitor who represents the builder of the house which confirms that they were lagged. Where do i stand as this letter which confirms the work has been done is a false declaration ?
