Vist Refusal

What is the name of your state (Alabama)?

What are my legal spousal rights to visit my husband in a nursing home that his son put him in and now there is a list that prohibits me from calling, writing and visiting?

Your stepson has barred you from visiting and the nursing home knows you are his wife? Oh I am waiting for the answer to this one
