Where do you file a civil action in WA state, King County, when the amount sought is $10,000 or over? Superior?
This is for legal malpractice, that includes violations of constitutional (U.S.) law and federal breaches of implied warranties.
Do you file a civil action the same as you would for personel injury? Is there another name for such an action?
What do you caption the initial petition or motion? Is there an internet site or book available in a library that covers those sort of basics?
Also, how is any civil suit filed in WA state King County? Doesn't RCW 7.06.010 make arbitration manditory? If so, where & how do you file?
