What was my ex's attorney thinking? What is the name of your state? Oregon I was informed 3 weeks ago by my ex's attorney that he has in his possession all of my ex's firearms after I filed a restraining order against him. Do you think he took them because he beleives that this man may carry-out his threat of shooting me? Or many as his retainer fee? Or because he feels he may loose the case and you are not allowed to have firearms if your convicted. |

| when the attorney told you he had the firearms, why didn't you ask him why he had them?

| I did, his remark was " incase he looses the restraining order he will no longer be allowed to own weapons. He didnt mention anything else. I stated I am glad that he no longer has them, this way he cannot shoot me. The attorney chuckled. This man my ex has threatened to shoot me in the past, but him not having them doesnt mean anything, this man is a gunsmith, he can build a weapon in a few hours. |
