Whats your opinion on Merrell Williams documents

What is the name of your state? Doesnt matter
I was just reading some information on the "Merrill Williams" documents. For those of you who are familiar with the case of Brown and Williamson vs Williams,I am just curious as to your view points. Just curious as to how many have the utilitarian viewpoint and how many deontological. Just a question to pass the time.Thanks for any replies.
