When a Lawyer railroads you in what can you do?

What is the name of your state? Divorce in IL. we live in Ok.(me & 3kids)
do I have a Mal Practice? When your lawyer that you paid is taking advantage of your state of mind? My ex has accces to money, I don't the hole time thanking he is trying to take my girls from me, from what was on div.papers served Me that I didn't sign and stil to this day disput this & not signed from me. We went to Ok. to visit my sick mother after dad died was to stay 1month then go home. He said don't come back you have no home to come home to he filled divorce. At this time I have no job no money I had to donate to put food on the table and dipers. there is more!
Att. and my ex yelling at me! didn't tell me of first court hiring ex got up and told the judge that I left my att. did nothing!
My Att. told me to go to IL drop my kids off with his Att. or him or be encontept of court, (3 days notice Itold him I had no money or aplace to stay,he said I don't care what you do drop those kid off, you can go stay a night in a womans shelter I don't care just drop those kids off)the way he worded it not on paper on phone I was to abounden my girls that I had been fighting to keep for over a year with no money from no one, just what I did ,got, made! he told me many times he didn't want the girls but when it came to papers it was different. by this time if my Att. didn't returning my calls if we did talk he was yelling at me if you don't what I say you will lose your kids! manytimes one in another Att. office on speker! That Att. said it sounds like I need onther Att. I had been trying to from day one to get one that would, could, stand up for me. I was rail raod in to saying yes thIf I want to keep my kids.then disputing it. the papers are still to this day not signed from me!! We went to court we went to a room where My Att. told me which do you want the house or kids I had a friend with me, it was all wrong! after court I was so upset I cound'nt even walk right I fell down the stairs they had to walk me down.
He is a manager of a railraod company. He walked away with the house, avan,truck,and a newcar,new hair,newleather shoes, pensions,exceptions, +visition at his comand. They left us (me &3 littlegirls) on the court house steps with no car to go home on OK! I had to get someone from work to rent acar to drive to IL to get us. I was worred how to feed us, cloth us put a ruff over us,I couldn't live with my mom for long time. Ihave called about 15 Att. I have had 3Att. in IL, 2 in ok, a lot of retainers that I could of put on my kids. My children suffer from this much more, He is the one that abandon us here!!!!!!! It was all most2 years before I got child support! By this time we have been stripped of are life as it was Icouldn't even buy a pice of candy for them! I was stripped of my diggnikty,selfsteem, felt like the worst mom who couldn't provide for her children,
Can someone help. What is contept of court? What can I do to protect me girls from him? he has done thing from sapping me4year old in the face sending her acrose the room with the 2 others watching for putting her underware on backwords. leaving the 2little ones in the car while him &new wife go in to Sams Culb to shop, Ijust happened to call cell phone to say Hi to the girls,this are ADHD children.New wife telling the 4 yearold that mad men climb in little girls rooms at night in OK. lots more!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happens if I don't do the visitions the way it is in the papers? he dosen't do his part of visitions,wich is good?
