Work comp lawyer bounced a check!

Recently had PPD check issued from Ohio. My attorney received it, deducted his fees, then issued me check from trust fund (major bank). 10 days later the check bounces and I incur $500 overdraft fees. He gives me another check which clears. Is he responsible for the overdraft fees? He will not return my calls!

Yep - take him to small claims court.
