Illinois: I bought a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT silver in color. The car was painted just several months before my purchase and looked great when inspected. However, just before this winter paint started coming up all over. Being in a wheelchair I told the owner I needed a reliable low maintenance car in which I needed no investment to keep running. I paid $5800 for this and the estimates to have this repainted run half the cost of the car! I really feel cheated and want to know what I can do. I purchased it in Feb. 2009.
