I bought a used car car a month ago, the day after I bought it, it started stalling on me. A few days after that I somehow pulled my at my keychain with the key still in the ignition and noticed that the key could come out,the car still running. I realized I could start the car,and also drive the car without a key. I did purchase a warranty thru the so-called "dealer" from a company he deals with. The car eventually stopped running all together about 7-9 days ago and has been in the shop since. The mechanic told me today that the parts needed are not covered and costs about $2,000 to be fixed. I paid that for the car plus a trade. I forgot the dealer told me, when I called to complain that my old car engine blew up on the highway, which was a total loss to them. My old car ran very well. I believe their lying about that! I have NO car. I've been taken advantage of what can I do? Is there anything I can do? I live in Pennsylvania.
