Buy a new carWhat is the name of your state? Mass Does the law says you can return the car within ? days after you buught it. If the new car has a small problem, like loud noise when open the power window, paint on the bottom of the car, can people return it back to the dealer? Or have to go to the dealer to get it fixed? Thanks! |

| "Does the law says you can return the car within ? days after you buught it." *** No. In Massachusetts, the right to cancel a contract by midnight of the 3rd business day following signing is usually limited to the following situations; time share purchases, health club memberships, mortgage refinancing, and contracts over $25 for personal or household purposes, negotiated and signed away from the seller's principal place of business. This does NOT include your auto purchase. "If the new car has a small problem, like loud noise when open the power window, paint on the bottom of the car, can people return it back to the dealer?" *** You can certainly return back to the dealer to try to get them repaired, but they do NOT waive the contractual obligation. "Or have to go to the dealer to get it fixed?" *** If you want those repaired under the manufacturers warranty, you need to take the vehicle to a dealer associated with that manufacturer.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
