Can't get auto dealer to give me my titleWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee I paid cash for a used car over a month ago and the dealer still hasn't produced my title just excuses.What are my options here.Thanks |

| Why did you hand over the cash prior to receiving the title? How did you register the car or get tags without the title?

| If the seller doesn't give you the title voluntarily, then you will need to sue for breach of contract. Transferring the title is implied in a car sale, so he has breached the sales agreement. |
