car dealer hold my carWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? nj hi.i buy a car with capital one check.i buy the car 9 days before and the capital one deliver the funds to the dealer bank 3 days ago.now the dealer says i have to wait 10 more days until the funds clear.is this some kind of trick;the capital one says the money is in car dealer acount.can i do anything exept waiting;is it legal for the dealer to do that;thanks |
