Daughter purchased a car that can not pass e-check

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My Daughter purchased a car about a month ago. Can she take it back to the Dealer if it can not pas e-check for a refund?

is this a used car? did she have it looked over by a mechanic prior to purchase? is the car under warranty?

Generally, no. Even if it's covered under the Ohio lemon law, she has to give the dealer an opportunity to repair it first.

Now there are many questions that comes on the way. You didn't write your case in details. But it seems you can go back to the dealer for a settlement.
