Hi! We have purchased a car in VA, where we also live two weeks ago. The dealer have promised us to built in a back up camera and a navigation system for free if we purchase the Volvo xc60 at the asking price since we had one more car to look at with those features at the same price but 10000 more miles. We agreed to that deal. This week they have called us to bring the car. We brought the car in Tuesday evening. They said it will be ready by Wednesday evening. They called Wednesday at 8pm informing us the car is ready for pick up. Since it was a little late we agreed to pick it up the following day. At work my husband received a phone call from the dealership informing us the add on can't be built in since the AC is in the way. Is there anything we can do? The promissed navigation was the only reason we bought that car!

Thank you for any advice!

This is not a lemon law matter. I would suggest that you negotiate with the dealer for a refund of some of the money you paid.
