dealership reimbursment

What is the name of your state? tx
a car sales man sold us a car for 8,000 when in reality it was 5,000.
we confronted him and he said that he would give us a reimbursment.
it's been a month and he is avoiding our phone calls.
we are going to show up at the dealership today...any advice on what i should do?
