Do I have any liability?

I sold a woman my 94 Honda Accord. Wrote "As is" on Bill of Sale (which I neglected to make a copy of). She had her mechanic inspect and drive the vehicle, which she requested prior to purchase. Mechanic said it was good. 7 months later, she calls me back saying there is frame damage and wants me to buy the car back. I truly did not know of any damage on the vehicle and had no problems with it during 5 years of ownership, nor got into any accidents. I researched it on Carfax and found it had indeed been in 2 wrecks prior to me owning it.

She has taken me to small claims court and I have a trial date set. How can this go this far? Isn't "as is" exactly that? Am I somehow liable?
