Do I Have a Case?

What is the name of your state? IL/MO

Just wondering if I have anything here.

Bought a Car on 1/28/2004 and only took a limited 30 day warranty. Since that day I have replaced the fuel pump (2 Feb 2004) which was not covered on the warranty. Then today(13 Feb 2004) learned that the speed sensor in the transmission needs replaced and the seals and boots on the axel which are currently leaking everywhere**************totall this will already cost over 1300 dollars and the axel problem may not also be covered.....I was just wondering that if the dealership dosent cover anyof this either through the warranty or "good faith" is thee anything that i can do.....car was bought used put supposed to have gone through a full 60+ point vehicle inspection prior to sale.....please anyone with serious advice reply. Thank You!

Just brought it up to the stand in Legal officer and they said to get back with them once i talked to the dealership more thoughroughly. In the mean time I was just wondering what anyone else thought. The legal officer said that i may have a case against the dealership in say a small clams court or such but to get back with him....he wasnt exactlly the biggest help, but then again i dont have it all cleared out yet either

And do you have a copy of the "limited Warranty"?

Have you approached the dealership with your copy of the warranty and an estimate of the costs of repairs?

Have you asked them to honor their warranty?

In other words, no one knows whether or not you have a case because we don't have a copy of the warranty, we haven't spoken with the dealership and we don't know in which state this occurred.

Now, if you were on the firing line when it was HOT and your Sgt. told you to go get your target, what would you do?

Now you're being lazy.

Or did you not learn to follow instructions in Basic?

1. Read your "limited Warranty" to see if the items are covered and if so, what the remedy is.

2. Go to the dealership and ask the owner how they are going to resolve this matter.

3. Come back here (or go to the base legal office) and explain what happened.

We are not in the habit of playing 20 questions nor are we going to play "What if" games.

Oh, and by the way, a firing line is HOT when there is continued rounds being fired. If my sgt. told me to go get my target during a live fire event, I'd promptly tell him "Screw you, SIR!".

NATO Security Forces.

Now, read over this entire post again and you figure out just why it is that NO ONE can or will answer your questions.

I had the exact answer you wanted and would have gladly given it to you but you failed to even help yourself, quote anything of value in your warranty or state a case that you have done anything but piss and moan about your situation. And you still can't figure out that you have made a MAJOR error in your post for which NO ONE can help you.

Therefore, you get nothing.
